Hyrox is a race that consists of an 8 km run , divided into 1 km segments, where each kilometer is followed by a functional training station. You will encounter everything from SkiErg and sled exercises to burpees, rowing and wall balls – all during the same race. The unique thing? Each race follows the exact same structure, which allows you to measure your development over time, regardless of whether you compete in Stockholm, Berlin or New York.

This is what a Hyrox competition looks like

Each competition consists of:

  • 1km run

  • Functional station
    (Repeat 8 times)

The exercises include:

  6. Farmers' walk

  7. Lunge with sandbag
